Last week, I joined AWS, Anthropic, and AI leaders from across industries to explore how the next generation of agentic architectures are being built and governed responsibly.

I loved how Anthropic put it: “Responsible before ready.” 

When you’re building something that learns, every decision you make on what to include/omit teaches it what to value. And that’s where responsibility really lives.

So before we rush to release the next big thing, maybe the better question is
Would I trust this product to represent my judgment if I wasn’t in the room?
